Summer Camp 2021

Python Coding

It is time to start preparing for Summer Camp 2021.  Camp will be virtual again this year as there will not be a vaccine available for children by July 2021.

When:  One week all day camp – July 12th – 16th

Start Time:  Camp starts at 9am daily – Virtually

End Time:  Camp ends at 4pm daily.

This camp is for rising 5th – 8th grade students.

Campers will experience a unique blend of hands on learning, breakout sessions and guest presentation by tech professional.   We’ll offer four levels as well as a hybrid of learning experiences. Each level is facilitated by a lead STEM instructor and an assistant.

PYTHON CODING

Students will engage in guided lessons and develop problem-solving skills and collaboration using Python.

  • The learning experience is to promote creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration.
  • Students will be equipped with the foundation required to succeed in higher education and the 21st-century workplace.

LIFE SKILLS

  • It’s all about balance. Online learning will also include breaks between sessions to help manage screen time.
  • The inclusive and diverse tech camp environment unites students who often have common interests, providing a foundation for new, long-term friendships.
