Summer camp is held annually. Notification will be shared with area elementary schools and social media.

HANDS-ON LEARNING

• Student will utilize the tools of STEM + Art (science, technology, engineering, and math) to engage them in problem-solving and collaboration.
• Project based learning is emphasized to promote creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and team work.
• Students will be equipped with the foundation required to succeed in higher education and the 21st-century workplace.

LIFE SKILLS
• It’s all about balance. Campers will participate in indoor and outdoor fun activities to promote good health and social interaction.
• Activities include a variety of sports, team activities, and art projects.
• The inclusive and diverse tech camp environment unites students who often have common interests, providing a foundation for new, long-term friendships.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

8:30am–9am Campers check-in
9 am Campers meet for morning tech collaboration and announcements, and team-building activities.
9:30 am Campers split into groups and the innovation and creativity begins.
10:15 am Guest Presenter
11:10 am Snack break
11:30 am Art Activity
12:15 pm Lunch time
1 pm Back to the labs!
2:30 pm Camp outdoor activity – sports, team building, etc., students will make friends, and have fun.
3:30 pm Return to the classroom for hands-on technology.
4:30 pm Departure
